We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, except for the non-returnable items listed below.

Returns will be accepted only if the product is returned UNOPENED and UNUSED and in its original packaging. within 15 days of customer receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. The returned item's refund will be processed to the customer's original form of payment but a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All subscriptions, licenses are final and non-refundable.

Order cancellation, order by mistake, duplicate order, shipping delay, and a 3% transaction fee will be charged against the approved refund and deducted from your refund balance. (e.g., if you paid $100, you will be refunded $97)

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@diagnoex.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Software, Software License, Software Subscriptions, Key Codes, Activation Codes, Programming Codes, Custom-built Computers, Workshop Packages, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Special Order Items
The special order items are expected availability: 1-12 months due to 2020 - 2022 global supply chain problem. Special order items are noncancelable and nonreturnable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We retain the right to refuse a return or charge an additional restocking fee if there is obvious usage or damage. Don’t worry, this policy won’t affect you unless there is obvious abuse.
