All orders are processed the same day or it can take up to 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order and payment confirmation email. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

All orders are shipped via Ground service. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (PST) for same-day/overnight and two-day shipping. Please contact our sales department for expedited and international shipping rates.

Free Shipping

Product mark as 'Free Shipping', ONLY ships within the United States. Products Mark as 'Free Worldwide Shipping', qualify for free International shipping. Terms and conditions apply.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For countries with import regulations - We will contact you if we need additional information such as VAT number or import license.

International Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. DIAGNOEX is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

We ship around the globe. Please check below to acquaint yourself with any exceptions and conditions that may apply to your location.
We currently do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea and Uganda.

Diagnoex ships most international packages with DHL Express. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes, and destination).

All international customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes when the shipment arrives in the country.

Packaging and Shipments

We use industry-standard packing and shipping materials. Please check for any damages or resealed boxes. In the event of such a case, please take pictures/videos and notify DIAGNOEX or shipping carrier. You have an option to accept or refuse the package.

Less than a Truck Load  ( LTL) Shipments

We will provide a quote for LTL shipments.
