Mazda Diagnostic and Repair Software (MDARS) - The next generation dealer diagnostic software. The factory Mazda Motor Company vehicle diagnostic Software designed for use with Mazda VCM II and J2534 compatible Interfaces. MDARS is used on Mazda 7th generation vehicles, starting with 2019 Mazda3 and 2020 CX-30 models. MDRS provides complete dealership level vehicle diagnostic coverage for 2019 and forward vehicles. The M-MDS Software developed by BOSCH Automotive, provides superior capabilities, is more user-friendly, and provides more diagnostic tools than IDS it is based on Linux / Chromium project. A software license is required to use MDARS software with a VCM II or J2534 compatible device.

A: No it does not work, it works only with original Mazda VCM II and certified J2534
