Shipping policy
All orders are processed the same day or within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order and payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended due to a high volume of orders, manufacturer processing requirements, or carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
Our inventory status reflects products available for immediate fulfillment or currently in transit to our warehouse. As a result, products displayed as In Stock may not always be physically on our shelves at the time of your order but are expected to arrive shortly as part of our regular inbound shipments.
Some OEM products and kits require license activation, dealer code registration, software provisioning, or other manufacturer processing before shipment. These additional steps may extend the processing time beyond our standard 1-2 business days. If additional processing is required, we will notify you by email with an updated shipping estimate.
Orders will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout. If you need to upgrade your shipping method after placing your order, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, subject to order status and carrier availability.
If your order contains multiple items (large orders, kits, etc.), we will contact you to arrange splitting the order. This may involve shipping the items separately, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Our daily order cut-off time is 1:00 PM (PST) for next-day, overnight, and two-day shipping. Please contact our sales department for expedited or international shipping rates.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
Product mark as 'Free Shipping', ONLY ships within the United States. Products Mark as 'Free Worldwide Shipping', qualify for free International shipping. Terms and conditions apply.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For countries with import regulations, we will contact you if we need additional information such as VAT number or import license.
International Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. DIAGNOEX is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Shipping Terms DAP. All international customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes when the shipment arrives in the country.
We ship around the globe. Please check below for any exceptions and conditions that may apply to your location.
We currently do not ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia Mogadishu, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
Diagnoex ships most international packages through
DHL Express. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes, and destination).
Packaging and Shipments
We use industry-standard packing and shipping materials. Please check for any damages or resealed boxes. In the event of such a case, please take pictures/videos and notify DIAGNOEX or shipping carrier. You have an option to accept or refuse the package.
Less than a Truck Load (LTL) Shipments
We will provide a quote for LTL shipments.
In-store pickup
We do not offer local pickup.
