Q: What does this tool do?
A: This is Genesis official factory OEM diagnostic scan tool, the same system used by dealership technicians. It performs full vehicle diagnostics, control module programming, ADAS calibration and immobilizer related work.

Q: What model years does it cover?
A: Coverage includes all current Genesis models, including the latest model year vehicles just released from the factory.

Q: What other benefits does it provide?
A: The system includes full access to Genesis' factory service information, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, technical service bulletins, and diagnostic procedures. Exactly the same resources available to dealer technicians.

Q: What is the warranty coverage?
A: As an Authorized Hyundai Kia Genesis distributor, we provide factory 3-year warranty for the tool. Active licenses required and warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.

Q: How are software updates handled?
A: Updates are delivered online directly from Genesis' servers. The system checks automatically and applies updates several times per week. Frequent updates are required to maintain compatibility with the latest vehicles and functions.

Q: Can it perform immobilizer and key programming functions?
A: Yes. Immobilizer, key programming, and PIN code functions are supported when used with a valid NASTF VSP account. A per-vehicle key code fee may apply.

Q: Can it perform ADAS calibrations?
A: Yes. It supports all factory spec ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations according to Genesis manufacturer specifications.

Q: What is included with the subscription license?
A: The package includes a 1-year Genesis GDS SMART software license. After the first year, the license can be renewed annually at a cost of $1,680.
