The Service Management Portal is available for customers who have purchased equipment or License/Subscriptions directly from DIAGNOEX.

  • By clicking the button SERVICE MANAGEMENT PORTAL, you will be redirected to the Dignoex Support Portal.
  • First-time login to the support portal click on "Forgot Password" - Enter the same email address used in order website; once completed, you will receive a reset password link.
  • Note: Service Management Portal account is used only for support cases. Workshops can add multiple technicians to the support portal, send a request from the purchase account.
