CONSULT-III Plus provides diagnostic and programming support for Nissan vehicles from 1995 MY onward, except for those covered by bulletin NTB06-040, which require CONSULT-II. CONSULT-III plus software must be used with a Nissan Vehicle Interface (J-47446-VI2-B or J-52925-VI3).

Ford no longer issues 20-digit activation codes. The license is now attached directly to the user’s email address. This change has been in effect since October 2025.
