VI2 Nissan Consult III Plus Diagnostic Interface
Nissan VI2 interface works with Nissan Consult-3 plus application, for all Nissan, Infiniti, GTR R35, and Renault vehicles. Nissan Consult-3 plus supports Nissan cars electronic systems, diagnostic and programmer functions. Also, it supports Nissan electro mobiles such as Leaf. It comes with OBD II 16 pin connector for the new cars. An optional adaptor 14 pin connector will work with older car models. It has Bluetooth connectivity for C-III+ system.

The C-III plus is a critical diagnostic tool going forward. Later this year, the C-III plus software will be updated and will have full capability to diagnose and reprogram 1996 and later model year vehicles. This update will allow C-III plus to perform the functions of C-II and C-III fully. Until then, you will need to use Nissan's Consult-II. C-III+ supports ECM reprogramming on most 1999 model year and later and some TCM and ABS/VDC reprogramming. - Consult-III plus supports blank ECM and TCM programming.
- September 2013 Nissan and Infiniti began the phase-in of "blank" service part ECMs and TCMs. Depending on the model and model year, replacement modules comes WITHOUT software. When the replacement module installed in compatible vehicle for any reason, it will need to be programmed. C-III plus is require for a diagnosis of Nissan 2011 MY LEAF, Quest, Murano CrossCabriolet 2012 MY GT-R and NV 2012 MY Infiniti M and M Hybrid, all new model releases will require the use of C-III plus. None of these models or future models will added to CONSULT-III.
