GM North America - Acdelco new website Migration Guide

GM North America, Acdelcotds (https://acdelcotds.com) introduced new user authentication system. Every user must be migrated and registered with new system. There is no change in the actual programs programs like SPS, GDS2, SI or website address, they just changed the user authentication system. It works only for only for North America.
